We never thought that building an external lift was so complicated and expensive, but we have learnt a lot and can share our experiences and challenges as we near completion of our external lift at Nightingale Lane.
At Acquire Estate Agents, we go beyond the normal and work and build the extraordinary. Building a Lift at our development at 29 Nightingale Lane has been an extraordinary Challenge. Not only did it take us 9 months to get planning approved and another 3 months to organise the structural calcs, planning, building control and co-ordinate builders and lift components, but we had deal with varing weather and lots of unforeseen issues as we started our build. We are nearing completion but it does feel like a lot more work is needed.
