Interest Free Loans to update your Rental Property.

For the past 15 years, Acquire Estate Agents have worked with our Partners (Landlords) to provide them with interest free loans to help improve their Rental Properties under Management by Acquire Estate Agents.

We can provide up to £30,000 interest free loans for our trusted long term Clients (5+ years) or up to £10,000 for new Clients (1+year) to help renovate or update their Rental Properties.

There is no catch. The loan is paid back from the Rent under our Property Management Services. To be eligible for our Interest Free Loan, the loan must be for the Property Acquire Manages that requires work to update the property for Rent.

This service helps our Clients and provides our Tenants with a better Rental Home.

We understand that sometimes, repairing Roofs, changing Boilers is expensive and some Landlords may not immediately have the funds to make these changes. This is the reason why Acquire Estate Agents can credit our Clients up to £30,000 Interest Free to improve their property.
